Q : How can I request a quotation, and Is there any charge?
A : To request a quotation you have to contact us. The quotation is absolutely free and you will get a free advice too.
Q : Do you require a deposit before starting a project?
A : We require a 30% deposit on a following services to cover partial material costs: Decks, Patios, Porches, Finish Basements, and any project which exceeds $4,000.

Q : How do you calculate your charges?
A : We charge all our work by the job, not by the time taken, so you will know the cost before we start, and there are no surprises !
Q : Do you carry Liability Insurance?
A : Yes ! We have a workers comp and general liability insurance. If you like to request a copy of our insurance, we'll be happy to send you one.
Q : Is there a contract?
A : Once we have our quote approved, you will sign only one document that lists all services being performed.
Q : Do you accept credit/debit cards?
A : Yes. All of our merchant accounts are PCI compliant. We do not store our customers data in our systems nor do we sell any information to third parties.
